About Marigold Dental
Family dentistry in Willoughby
Marigold Dental opened on Sample Street in 2014 and has grown into a four-chair practice serving families across Willoughby, Chatswood, Naremburn and Artarmon.
We are independently owned. That means the people you meet at reception and in the surgery are the same people who decide how the practice runs, and it means we can take the time each patient needs.
Our dentists are registered with the Dental Board of Australia and take part in continuing professional development each year. We follow the Australian Dental Association's infection control guidelines and sterilise instruments on site.
The people you will meet
Dr Anika Rao
Anika founded Marigold Dental in 2014. She has a particular interest in restorative dentistry and in helping anxious patients feel comfortable. Outside the practice she coaches junior netball.
Dr Tom Whitfield
Tom joined the practice in 2019. He enjoys general and children's dentistry and is the person to ask about mouthguards for weekend sport.
Priya Chen
Priya provides cleans, preventive care and children's dentistry. She runs our school-visit program each term.
Maria Costa
Maria looks after appointments, health fund claims and everything that keeps the practice running smoothly. She is the friendly voice on the phone.
Dentists and oral health therapists at Marigold Dental are registered with the Dental Board of Australia. Qualifications are listed as published by the practice.
Infection control
We follow the Australian Dental Association's infection control guidelines. Instruments are sterilised on site and single-use items are used wherever appropriate.
